I'll help you find the answer to what's bothering you. This product is a 10-hour voucher that covers all the questions you need to ask, and I can answer them within that time. The number of questions depends on the time required to answer each one. To address your questions, I'll need to receive some basic information (see INSTRUCTIONS). Then, according to the chosen timeframe, I'll answer your questions, always in writing.
The voucher doesn't expire, and you can submit your questions separately. Only when sending information by email will you need to provide all the details again each time. The response document will include the remaining available time.
